All you need to do is follow these instructions.
* Purchase this service by adding to basket below.
* Package your GHD's in bubble wrap inside a Jiffy bag or box and please remember to include your Name, Return Address and Phone Number inside.
* Please include a copy of your order that will be emailed to you after your purchase.
* Send your GHD's using Recorded Delivery to:

* Where possible you will receive your GHD's back, repaired, with all broken parts replaced, within 48 hours.
If your straighteners happen to be Beyond Economical Repair we will refund you the repair cost less the postage if you require them back.
If you don't want them returned we can dispose of them for you issuing a full refund of £25.

Excellent Service, sent my GHD's off on Monday afternoon, they were received on the Tuesday and repaired and sent back to me the same day. I got them back before 8 am on the Wednesday morning. This is how customer service should be, VERY impressed by Fast-Spares and will use them again if they can help. Will be recommending them to other members of my family who live in the Fareham area.
